29 Nov Help, My Leaders Are Crazy!
I use this title to grab your attention. As pastors, we may find ourselves uttering these words. It seems that our leaders sometimes don’t understand the vision. Sometimes, they may even resist through passively opting out. Instead of getting frustrated, see it as an opportunity to clarify the vision. It has been proven that a person has to hear a concept at least ten times before they truly absorb its meaning and direction. So, simply pull the leader aside and repeat the vision, asking if they have questions to test their understanding. You might also want to ask if they need some suggestions or ideas in completing their assignments. When you do this, put a smile on your face and show them some love. After all, they are not crazy just a little bit confused.
